National Settlement Depository Tested a Blockchain-Based E-Proxy Voting Prototype

 Moscow, 29 April 2016, National Settlement Depository, Russia’s central securities depository, has successfully finished developing and testing an e-proxy voting system running on a distributed ledger (blockchain technology).
