Missed Out On That Lambo When Bitcoin Was At $20,000? Here’s Your Second Chance

FreeBitco.in, the oldest bitcoin faucet after 6 years of continuous operation, have announced that they will be giving away a Lamborghini Huracan as one of the potential prizes in their Golden Ticket Competition.

Owning a lambo has been one of the many desired status symbols that has come from the HODL culture surrounding cryptocurrency.

For those unfamiliar with HODL, it’s essentially an extreme version of long term buying and holding tactics that you would see some mutual funds on Wall Street employ, but HODL includes having unlimited optimism to stomach the lurches and drops that cryptocurrencies volatility is infamous for.

So How Do I Win A Lamborghini?

Participating in the golden ticket contest, which launched earlier this year on May 1st, 2019, will give you a chance at scoring the Italian sports car with an MSRP of over $200,000.

FreeBitco.in’s CEO “wetsuit” said this about Lambos when they were thinking of appropriate crypto prizes:

“Owning a Lamborghini is a crypto-enthusiasts dream, and we could not think of a better prize to reward our users for supporting the novel technology of cryptocurrency through its ups and downs.”

Simply create an account on FreeBitcoin.in’s website, and just play games or bet on events. Users will earn a golden ticket for every 0.005 BTC wagered (~$50.27 at time of writing), but golden tickets can also be bought outright for 25,000 satoshis each (~$2.52).

So far, 3 million golden tickets are in circulation, and with no max supply, it’s still anyone’s game. 1 ticket equals one entry, but users are able to (and encouraged to) collect as many as they possibly can.

The Lambo winner will be decided with a provably fair drawing.

The content comes to a close at the end of October, meaning there are still over 2 months left for people to accumulate tickets. The contest’s announcement page can be seen here, and allows anyone to signup on the spot or read more about the giveaway.

About FreeBitco.in

Known as The Man Who Built Bitcoin, Gavin Andresen set up the world’s first bitcoin faucet in 2010, creating a website where users could get their hands on free BTC, fueling wider adoption of the world’s most popular cryptocurrency. However, by 2013, two years had passed since The Bitcoin Faucet had dispensed the last of its 19,715 bitcoins, and there was a void left to be filled. This opened the door for FreeBitco.in.

After 6 years in business, FreeBitco.in is the oldest existing bitcoin faucet and one of the industry’s premier bitcoin gaming platforms. FreeBitco.in owes its immense popularity largely to its provably fair algorithm, which, combined with an unrelenting focus on user-satisfaction, has successfully created a trustless ecosystem for online gamblers everywhere.
