The Blockchain and Bitcoin Africa Conference announces their list of speakers

The year of 2016 will be a direct witness to numerous Bitcoin conferences, which serve as a way to educate the public about the digital currency, for the bitcoin community to discuss important events and for companies to announce new services. The Blockchain and Bitcoin Africa Conference, which will take place on 3-4 March in Johannesburg, is no different.

Recently, the folks organizing the conference have released a part of the list of speakers which will be attending the event. These include prominent members of the community, such as Ian Merrington, who is the CEO at The Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative.

Some of the other notable speakers include Alakanani Itireleng, who is the CEO of SatoshiCentre Pty, Jared Tate, the founder of DigiByte, Leanne Kemp, the CEO is Everledger, Marcus Swanepoel, the co-founder and CEO of BitX, and many others, including important members of other companies such as Factom, ConsenSys, BitFinance, and more.

According to the conference’s official website, the event will focus on investigating many of the upcoming challenges and opportunities provided by the cryptocurrency and the blockchain, including its impact on the financial market, but also social and political order. Those who decide to attend will be granted the unique opportunity to get in touch with the experts outlined above and many others, all of which are professionals in their field of work, and who have impressive thoughts to share about the latest developments and the future of Bitcoin and FinTech.
