As Bitcoin gears up to possibly achieve a new all-time high (ATH) by the end of the year, the anticipated bull run seems to be on the horizon. However, altcoin season has yet to kick off.

In light of the current surge in interest surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) tokens, we’ve analyzed key on-chain data and identified important wallets to monitor for five top-performing AI tokens over the past month:

1. $TAO (@bittensor_) – +104%
With the largest market cap among AI tokens, $TAO has shown impressive growth. Notably, 37% of its tokens will be unlocked over the next year, while a significant 77.7% of circulating tokens are staked, resulting in a limited actual circulating supply.

2. $ARKM (@ArkhamIntel) – +81.8%
$ARKM has gained traction as well, with 77.5% of its tokens expected to be unlocked over the next six years. Wintermute serves as the market maker and is believed to hold about 10% of the current circulating supply.

3. $WLD (@worldcoinfnd) – +58.4%
Although only about 5% of $WLD’s total supply is in circulation, its backing by OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman has garnered attention. Additionally, it has prominent holders, including Alameda Research and 3AC, both of which are now bankrupt.

4. $TAI (@tarsprotocol) – +13.6%
With the smallest market cap among the group, $TAI is backed by the Solana Foundation and is drawing interest from savvy traders, including the largest holder of $BONK.

5. $FET (@ASI_Alliance) – +12.6%
Most of $FET’s tokens are already unlocked and in circulation. Notable holders include DWF Labs, recognized for its significant $145 million profit related to SHIB.

As the cryptocurrency landscape evolves, these AI tokens represent some of the most compelling opportunities amid a cautious altcoin market.
